Drop-In activities for September 26 – 28

Drop-In Studio activities for September 26 – 28: This week we have two gluing activities, one in celebration of Fall. We’ve collected all sorts of goodies that have fallen from the trees around Cambridge for nature collages. Glue them onto boards or pieces of wood, sprinkle with a bit (or tons:) of glitter and you’ve got yourself a beautiful decoration for home. At the back tables we have loads of sparkly gems, letters, sequins and ModPodge for making fancy pendants. At the sensory table we have cloud dough. On the side benches we have magnets as well as cutting practice with safety scissors. We are making sculptures using recycled foam bases, pipe cleaners, straws, and more. The mechanic’s shop is coming along, but needs a gas pump! Help paint it at the easel. Printing with bubble wrap is at the paint table.
