Drop-In activities for May 29 – 31

Drop-In Studio activities for May 29 – 31: This week we have shrinky dinks! Some are with printed pictures, some blank. Color, shrink and add to beaded creations or use on a key chain. At the paint table the dinos are out for painting. At the easel, objects to print with. There’s a glue project with various wooden pieces and glitter for a sparkly touch. Our reflection table has interesting shape blocks for making ‘new shapes’. On one of the front tables have letter stamps, paper and envelopes for mail making (and safety scissors for cutting practice). Goop is at the sensory table with scoops, spoons and bowls. In addition, we have an activity that involves making a complete, or closed, circuit! Using a hand crank generator and a motor, spin a piece of paper and draw for our version of spin art.
