Drop-In Activities for April 4 – 6: This week we are making texture tokens with Model Magic, texture tools and markers. At the paint table we have lots of different object to print with. You can create patterns or print randomly – either way the shapes make for interesting printmaking. We have sticky paper that we’re using to make wands with. These can also be seen as mini mosaics. Markers, stickers and stamps are set up for ‘back to basics’ – it’s always fun to see the various compositions. On the back bench you can play with reflection, magnification, and refraction: optics play!! The easel wall has brushes and paint. And the sensory table has slime to play with.
