Drop-In Studio activities for September 18 – 20: This week we’re making paper dolls. Using decorative paper, yarn, stickers, gems, colored pencils and more you can bring a plain paper doll base to life! We also have a fun recycle craft: box bags. Cover a box with large stickers, colored tape, fabric, or decorative paper, add a ribbon handle and you have a unique and super fancy bag! At the sensory table we have cornstarch and water. At the paint table we have finger painting – so much fun!! Brushes are at the easel. We have a neat color mixing activity with liquid watercolors. When brushed onto absorbent paper the colors spread and mix. At the side benches we have Play Shapes and stamping.
