Drop-In Studio activities for April 2 – 4: Happy April! :) This week we are celebrating this springtime month with nest building. We have lots of fun bits and pieces that a bird might find to make a cozy nest for its eggs. We even have colorful wooden eggs to put in your nest. At another table you can sculpt birds (or anything else you can imagine) using Model Magic modeling dough. Embellish with feathers, eyes, and more. At the back tables we have wooden bunnies, sheep, and flowers that can be colored with bleeding tissue paper and drawn on with pastels and markers. At the sensory table we have play dough with nature and animals coming out of hibernation. We have printing at the easel. Color mixing is at the paint table. Stamping on stickers at the side bench, as well as our Play Shapes to build with.
